● Kishore: For businesses that are in the growth stage, with loan amounts ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹5 lakh. 

● Tarun: For more established businesses that require higher funding, with loan amounts ranging from ₹5 lakh to ₹10 lakh. 

● Offers micro-financing options to small businesses and startups. 

● Helps entrepreneurs access capital for business expansion and operational costs.

3. Credit Guarantee Scheme 

Key Features of the Credit Guarantee Scheme of the UP Government Scheme are

● The scheme aims to provide collateral-free credit to MSMEs, helping them secure loans for business expansion, working capital, and other financial needs. 

● The scheme covers loans up to ₹2 crore for existing businesses. 

● For micro-enterprises, loans up to ₹10 lakh are also covered under the scheme.

4. Centers of Excellence (CoE) 

● The government plans to create world-class infrastructure by establishing Centers of Excellence.

● Solar Energy Policy 2022

UP Government policy encourages startups to venture into the renewable energy sector by offering incentives for solar energy projects and related innovations. 

● Stamp Duty Exemptions:MSMEs in Uttar Pradesh’s some regions like Purvanchal and Bundelkhand are eligible for 100% stamp duty exemption.
